Jason works using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. This is a model combinging Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. With this approach unhealthy and healthy beliefs are identified, disputed and then in the trance state weakened or strengthened. These beliefs are held in the subconscious part of the mind. In a state of hypnosis the subconscious part of the mind is more accessible to the client. Having disputed a belief consciously and reinforced within the subconscious is an effective and powerful way of working through a problem.

Jason works on a 1:1 individual basis. Areas covered within Surrey are: East Grinstead, Crawley, Redhill and Horley.

Sessions last between 1 - 1.5 hours. and cost £40 per session.
